Privacy Policy

 

For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, the terms used in it shall be interpreted in accordance with the Terms of Service

  1. The Personal Data provided during contact with the Service Provider, during the registration process or during events and competitions organised by the Service Provider is processed by  ŁUKASZ ZALIBOWSKI FRESH RECRUITER,  Pawia 9, 31-154 Kraków, NIP 9482226924, REGON 120540692, basing on the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) 
    1. Personal data provided by the Customer Users are processed by the Service Provider who is the administrator of personal data. The administrator can be contacted, in particular, by email at hello@freshrecruiter.com 
    2. The scope of personal data being processed determines the scope supplemented by the Customer and Users, and then sent to the Service Provider using the appropriate data form. The processing of personal data of the Customer and Users may refer to the name and surname, company name, tax identification number, REGON number, address, telephone number and e-mail address. 
    3. Personal data of Clients and Users will be processed in order to: (a) implement the law, (b) perform Contracts, provide electronic services, in particular keeping the Account and other activities indicated in the Terms of Service, (c) promotional or marketing activities of the Service Provider.
    4. Personal data may be entrusted for processing (recipients of personal data are): accounting company, hosting provider, IT service company, a payment service company.
    5. Each entity to whom the Service Provider entrusts the processing of personal data of Clients based on the contract of entrusting the processing of personal data (hereinafter the Contract of entrustment) guarantees an appropriate level of security and confidentiality of the processing of personal data. The entity that processes Customers' personal data based on the Contract of entrustment will process Customer's personal data through another entity based on prior consent.
    6. Although the provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, the refusal to do so might make the User unable to access the Service.
    7. The Service Provider is the sole Data Administrator of the data provided during registration.
    8. The User has the right to view, change or delete his personal data at any moment, except at times of temporary unavailability of the Service caused by works aiming to sustain the system’s infrastructure or by other temporary malfunctions, independent from the Service Provider
    9. Users’ personal data is not transferred to any other parties, except governmental agencies entitled to requesting such data.
    10. Clients and Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in data files, in particular the right to: access their personal data, delete personal data collected about them from both the system belonging to and from the database of entities with whomcooperates or cooperated with the Service Provider to limit data processing, transfer of personal data collected about the Customer and Users, including to receive them in a structured form, lodging a complaint to a supervisory body in a situation where the Client or User finds that his data is processed contrary tolaw and bringing a remedy before a court against a supervisory authority and against an infringer.
    11. In order to improve the Service’s functioning and the provided solutions, the Service Provider, according to a User’s consent may collect anonymous data regarding his/her behaviour and preferences.
  2. Data security
    1. The website uses all the necessary technical means specified in article 25.30, 32-34, 35 -39 RODO (GDPR) providing increased protection and security of processing personal data of clients.
    2. To log in to the Account, you must enter your login and password.To ensure an adequate level of security, the password to access the Account exists only on the Website in an encrypted form.In addition, registration and logging in to the Account are held in a secure connection https.Communication between the client device and servers is encrypted using the SSL protocol. 
  3. Cookies and server logs
    1. In order to facilitate using the Service and monitor its use, the Service Provider uses Cookies – data saved by the Service’s server, a hosting operator nazwa.pl on the User’s computer or a mobile device.
    2. The Service uses two types of Cookies:a.
      1. Session cookies – temporary files, saved on the User’s device until he signs out, leaves the website or shut downs the browser;
      2. Permanent cookies – saved on the User’s device for the time specified in their parameters or until deletion by the User.
    3. The Cookies are not used to collect any data about the users visiting the Service. The User may at any time turn off accepting cookies in his internet browser, however that might cause malfunctions in using the Service

      1. Create statistics helping understand the use of Service in order to improve its content;
      2. Maintaining the User’s session, thanks to which signing in every time is not required;
      3. Personalizing the commercials presented by Google, following the establishment of User’s profile and transferring them to the Service’s partner
      4. Collected server logs, including, among others, User’s IP address, time of request, first line of the http request, code of the http answer, number of bytes sent by the server, information about the User’s browser, information about errors occurring during the http transaction information about the device are stored indefinitely.

    6. The administrator might use that data to create statistics helpful in administering the Service and improving its quality. That data is     general and does not include data enabling User’s identification. The data is not transferred to other parties.
    7. The Service Provider uses External Cookies with the consent of the Customer or the User, expressed by choosing the browser settings in the opt -out option.
