What do I get with FreshRecruiter?

FreshRecruiter will help you make solid HR decisions during job interviews.

The system’s main functions include:

  • adding recruitment projects and the choice of criteria which reflect expectations towards the candidate at a given post;
  • choosing questions allocated to a given criterion;
  • creating templates for job interviews that can be filled in online or manually on the print-out;
  • adding candidates to a given recruitment project and listing their marks;
  • a comprehensive analysis of candidates and the recruitment process;
  • a recruiter calendar
  • guidelines with reference to conducting the job interview and what to pay attention to during the recruitment process.

How can I submit complaints with reference to the platform?

We are making every effort to make sure that this tool meets the expectations of users and is free of defects. If you are unsatisfied with the way the app works, you can resign from using the service within 48 hours and we will reimburse your cost. Other complaints will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

How can I share my opinion about how FreshRecruiter works?

Contact us via the ‘Contact’ tab on our website or through your administrator panel. It is our goal to continuously improve the system, based on the feedback we get from users. We really look forward to hear your opinions!

What happens to my data once the subscription is no longer active?

The data from your account will be stored on the server for only 60 days after the subscription is deactivated. After this time, the data will be completely and irrevocably erased.

How can I get access to the system?
